SPRINTIFY ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Rules for safe, lawful and responsible use of Sprintify services and AI capabilities

VERSION 1.0 | 20 JULY 2026

This policy forms part of the Sprintify Platform Terms of Service and should be publicly accessible. It may also be displayed in-product at account creation and when AI features are used.

1. Purpose and application

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy (Policy) protects Sprintify, customers, users and third parties and supports safe, lawful and reliable operation of the Services.

1.2 It applies to every person who accesses or uses Sprintify websites, the Platform, AI Services, APIs, integrations, training environments or related systems.

1.3 Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Sprintify Platform Terms of Service.

2. Lawful and authorised use

2.1 You must use the Services only for lawful, authorised business, learning or professional purposes and in accordance with your organisation’s policies and applicable law.

2.2 You must not use the Services to facilitate, encourage or conceal unlawful conduct, infringement, fraud, corruption or evasion of legal obligations.

3. Security and platform integrity

3.1 You must not:

gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, tenants, data, systems or networks;

share credentials, bypass authentication, defeat access controls or conceal your identity;

probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without Sprintify’s prior written authorisation;

upload malware, malicious code or content designed to disrupt, damage or gain access;

interfere with availability, performance or integrity, including denial-of-service activity;

use automated tools, bots, scrapers or excessive requests except through approved APIs and within documented limits;

circumvent usage limits, monitoring, billing, licensing or technical restrictions; or

use the Services in a way that creates an unreasonable security, operational or legal risk.

4. Content and conduct

4.1 You must not submit, generate, store or distribute content that:

infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual or other rights;

is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or grossly offensive;

promotes violence, terrorism, abuse, exploitation or serious wrongdoing;

contains another person’s sensitive or confidential information without authority;

misrepresents identity, authority, qualifications, endorsement or source;

is deliberately false or manipulated in a way likely to cause material harm; or

violates workplace, professional, governance or regulatory obligations applicable to you.

4.2 Legitimate organisational analysis of risks, incidents or sensitive topics is permitted where lawful, proportionate and subject to appropriate access controls.

5. Responsible AI use

5.1 When using AI Services, you must:

apply human review before relying on AI Outputs;

check important facts, sources, calculations and assumptions;

be transparent where AI involvement should reasonably be disclosed;

respect intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality and data minimisation requirements;

use appropriately qualified people for high-impact decisions; and

follow any AI governance requirements issued by your organisation or Sprintify.

5.2 You must not use AI Services to:

make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person without a lawful basis and meaningful human review;

profile or discriminate against people based on protected or highly sensitive characteristics;

generate deceptive impersonations, fabricated evidence or misleading records;

provide regulated professional advice while representing the output as independently verified;

develop or deploy malware, credential theft, cyber exploitation or evasion techniques;

train, benchmark or improve a competing AI model, product, strategic execution methodology or certification service using non-public Sprintify content; or

submit highly sensitive, classified, legally privileged or regulated data unless expressly approved for the relevant feature.

6. Intellectual property and competitive misuse

6.1 You must not copy, reproduce, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, adapt, commercialise or create derivative products from the Platform or Sprintify Materials except as expressly authorised.

6.2 You must not scrape or systematically extract Sprintify content, prompts, workflows, training materials, templates, schemas, analytics or outputs to recreate the Sprintify Methodology or a competing service.

6.3 You must not remove notices, watermarks, trade marks or attribution embedded in Sprintify Materials.

7. Communications and integrations

7.1 You must not use the Services to send spam, unsolicited commercial electronic messages, phishing, deceptive communications or messages that breach applicable marketing law.

7.2 You must not connect an integration or transfer information to a Third-Party Service unless you have authority and have assessed the privacy and security implications.

7.3 You must respect rate limits, API documentation and any additional developer or integration terms.

8. Reporting concerns

8.1 Report suspected security vulnerabilities to [INSERT SECURITY EMAIL]. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before Sprintify has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it.

8.2 Report suspected misuse, harmful content or policy breaches to [INSERT SUPPORT/ABUSE EMAIL].

9. Enforcement

9.1 Sprintify may investigate suspected breaches and may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend users or tenants, preserve evidence, notify the customer organisation, or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

9.2 Sprintify may disclose information to regulators, law enforcement or affected parties where required or permitted by law.

9.3 Where practical and safe, Sprintify will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. Serious, repeated, unlawful or security-related breaches may result in immediate action.

9.4 Customer remains responsible for its Authorised Users and any remediation costs arising from their breach to the extent provided in the Platform Terms.

10. Changes and contact

10.1 Sprintify may update this Policy as risks, laws and Services evolve. Material changes will be notified as described in the Platform Terms.
